Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Bizon Group Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving our ambitious customer acquisition objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Qualify and route opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements:

  • Proven sales development experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation:

  • $19.23 hourly
  • Monthly commissions averaging $2,000 - $10,000 DOE
