Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Bizon Group Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving our ambitious customer acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Qualify and route opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements:
- Proven sales development experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Compensation:
- $19.23 hourly
- Monthly commissions averaging $2,000 - $10,000 DOE
