Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care as delegated by RN staff, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to identify any potential health concerns.
- Assist in providing personal hygiene and physical care needs, promoting patient dignity and comfort.
- Accurately measure, record, and report intake and output, including food and fluid intake, to ensure accurate patient care.
- Obtain and record daily weight, height, and other vital signs as required.
- Perform blood glucose testing and other laboratory tests as delegated by RN staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
