Job Title: Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at London Health & Rehab Center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing care. You will also supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care, ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
- Evaluate nursing care and maintain established standards of practice
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies

Requirements:

- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
