Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.

- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
