Occupational Health Specialist

At AnovaWorks PLLC, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Richland, WA. This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide high-quality patient care and work independently in Employee Health services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the practice of medicine, strong critical thinking skills, and acute diagnostic abilities. Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and flexible savings accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CDL exams
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Requirements:
- WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)
- BLS/ACLS Certification (Required)
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented
