We are in search of a Treasury Management Coordinator who will play a crucial role in assisting a Treasury Management Advisor (TMA) with the maintenance of member relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of Treasury Solutions, and enhancing post-sale satisfaction. This position is essential for delivering exceptional member service while managing the lifecycle of Treasury Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with assigned TMA(s) to ensure the precise and thorough preparation of treasury service documentation, including contract details and pricing forms for new and existing member services.
  • Facilitating the organization of meetings, crafting presentations, and preparing sales materials, along with verifying participant details and meeting schedules.
  • Collecting customer data, market insights, and conducting needs assessments to develop comprehensive presentation proposals.
  • Maintaining a personal task pipeline to track daily responsibilities, agreements, and deadlines.
  • Overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) database and assisting the TMA in completing RFP submissions.
  • Coordinating the delivery of necessary updates and maintenance paperwork for member implementations, ensuring timely submission to the implementation team.
  • Managing follow-ups and resolving issues escalated to the TMA, collaborating with Support and other relevant departments as needed.
  • Assisting the TMA in keeping the sales pipeline updated, including tracking closed and pending deals.
  • Validating pricing to ensure accurate revenue capture.
  • Supporting the TMA in ensuring that all required documentation is in place for selected products while maintaining compliance.
  • Gaining an understanding of the current treasury structure for members.
  • Familiarizing oneself with all relevant procedural and regulatory guidelines.
  • Recognizing operational risks and associated controls.
  • Tracking and managing overall sales revenue for the TMA and the regions represented.
  • Complying with applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the banking sector or a related field.
  • Experience in banking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient technical and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Capability to develop PowerPoint presentations.
  • A positive attitude and a keen understanding of technology and related systems.
  • Adherence to all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • An undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Finance.
  • Prior banking experience in Treasury Services.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and through written communication.
  • Capability to exert physical effort occasionally, utilizing arms and legs, while primarily sitting.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis, computer use, reading, and documentation preparation.
  • Minimal exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
