Environmental Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Project Coordinator to manage our teams of Airboat and ATV operators.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Environmental Project Coordinator will oversee the activities of their teams, ensuring compliance with all organizational standards and protocols.
  • They will ensure that all teams adhere to established safety regulations.
  • The Coordinator must be available for on-site support for their teams.
  • They will prepare and distribute daily updates to clients, detailing team assignments and project activities.
  • The Coordinator is responsible for generating work orders and gathering necessary documentation for billing purposes.
  • They will review payroll submissions for accuracy and return any corrections promptly.
  • The Coordinator will ensure that all safety inspections are conducted on job sites and vehicles, participating in the Ground Level Safety committee.
  • They will utilize a checklist to gather information from team leaders.
  • The Coordinator will ensure that all team leaders complete their daily vehicle checklists.
  • They will address employee concerns and communicate them to the relevant departments.
    • Payroll inquiries will be directed to Human Resources.
    • Billing inquiries will be sent to the Account Manager.
    • Material and supply requests will be forwarded to Logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
  • Willingness to travel for work as needed.
  • Experience with off-road driving.
  • Certification in MSHA/OSHA is required.
  • Ability to operate an ATV/RTV is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, including email communication.
  • Familiarity with Plant Identification, FLUCCS, and chemical application relevant to job tasks.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Must obtain a Commercial Herbicide License within a specified timeframe.
