Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative in its sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
