Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Representative based in Yakima, WA. This role is pivotal in managing the complete sales cycle within your designated area and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, with opportunities for additional performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding, consultative service to coaches within your territory, striving to simplify their tasks.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts, providing equal service to all sports disciplines.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to uncover new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage your client portfolio and conduct on-site visits within your territory.

Qualifications:
Essential:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using an iPad for business operations.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Preferred:
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
