About Yardi Systems

As an experienced Outside Sales Account Executive on our Commercial Account team, you'll play a critical role in cultivating relationships with mid-market clients and fostering growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results.
  • Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions.
  • Manage client escalations, handle renewals, and provide administrative support to the sales process.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with commercial mid-market accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth.

About You

  • A minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations.
