First Street is the industry standard for physical climate risk data, utilizing transparent and peer-reviewed methodologies to calculate the past, present, and future climate risk for every property in the world. Our mission is to connect climate change to financial risk. We create physics-based models of flooding, wildfire, and hurricanes, as well as advanced statistical models of extreme heat, air quality, drought, hail, severe convective storms, and winter storms. These models are used to generate property-level financial risk metrics and macroeconomic variables that quantify the impacts of climate change.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our sales team as a founding member. This role presents an opportunity to establish and execute on enterprise sales efforts at First Street, building on the considerable success of existing founder-led sales. As a Director, you will take ownership of enterprise clients and manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead identification and management, qualification, structured progression through sales stages, deal negotiation, and closing.
