Position Overview:
North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a skilled Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support our client, a prominent financial services organization. This role involves various recruitment activities aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributing assessments to applicants, overseeing recruitment pipelines, coordinating candidate interactions, scheduling interviews and phone screenings, evaluating candidate assessments, and prioritizing the overall candidate journey.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related tasks with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information, ensuring precision and timely updates in our recruitment systems.
- Assist in the evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to devise and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
- Compile and analyze recruitment metrics, generating reports as necessary.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to multitask and manage various priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Work Schedule: Onsite in a professional office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour based on experience.
