Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributing assessments to applicants, overseeing recruitment pipelines, coordinating candidate interactions, scheduling interviews and phone screenings, evaluating candidate assessments, and prioritizing the overall candidate journey.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related tasks with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate information, ensuring precision and timely updates in our recruitment systems.
  • Assist in the evaluation of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to devise and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
  • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics, generating reports as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to multitask and manage various priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Work Schedule: Onsite in a professional office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour based on experience.
