Position: Field Operations Pest Control Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to engage in both sales and pest management as we expand our operations.

Role Summary
This position is responsible for assessing, selecting, mixing, and applying various products or manual methods to eradicate pests. The role involves utilizing appropriate solutions, including chemical treatments or traps, and handling live and/or deceased rodents. All services aim to ensure a pest-free environment for both residential and commercial clients. Pest Control Specialists are expected to operate independently while fulfilling daily route assignments and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct thorough inspections of buildings and premises for indications of pest infestations.
- Analyze preliminary reports and schematics of affected areas to determine the required treatment methods for eradication and prevention of future infestations.
- Precisely measure the dimensions of areas requiring treatment.
- Skillfully apply products, solutions, powders, baits, and equipment on or near surfaces to eliminate pests, ensuring the use of appropriate protective gear and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure access to all infested locations and identify any structural damages. Set mechanical traps and place bait correctly, while also removing deceased rodents post-extermination.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients, explaining the benefits of services offered and ensuring they understand the treatment sequence, application frequency, pricing, payment options, and any special instructions.
- Efficiently manage time, planning, organizing, and routing daily tasks to meet production goals and complete assigned service calls and estimates.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, operating company vehicles safely in accordance with state laws.
- Uphold safety standards in all work areas, utilizing safety equipment as directed and reporting any safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Regularly clean and maintain vehicles and equipment, following the preventive maintenance schedule as directed by a supervisor.
- Ensure that uniforms, vehicles, equipment, and customer-related materials are clean and adhere to appearance standards, projecting a professional image that reflects the values of Consistency, Appreciation, Results, and Efficiency.
- Consistent attendance is required to achieve production goals and provide timely service to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- **Education and Experience:** High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of pest biology to develop removal and extermination plans.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.

Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write clear correspondence and effectively present information in small group settings.

Mathematical Skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to compute percentages and track product usage.

Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; ability to address problems with limited standardization.

- Ability to interpret routing data from GPS or software; proficiency in proprietary customer and job tracking software.

Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance for extended periods; lift 50 lb. bags to a height of 4 feet and carry them for short distances; maneuver a 400-foot spray hose repeatedly.

Work Environment
- Work outdoors in varying temperatures; potential exposure to different weather conditions; daily use of registered pesticide chemicals; operation of mechanical sprayers; driving in diverse traffic conditions.

Work Hours
- Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday.
