Insulation Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Worker to join our team at All-Shield Crawlspaces. As an Insulation Worker, you will be responsible for cleaning out old, unsanitary insulation and replacing it with new, clean material in residential crawlspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean out old insulation and debris from crawlspaces
• Install new insulation and vapor barriers to ensure energy efficiency and protect against moisture damage
• Provide pest control services to prevent rodent infestations and protect homes from damage
• Work in cramped, dark spaces with potential exposure to rodents, spiders, and other pests

Requirements:

• Ability to work in confined spaces with limited visibility
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Ability to wear full-face respirators and full-body suits to protect against hazardous materials
• Basic knowledge of insulation and vapor barrier installation
