As a Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized support to our customers and ensuring their wedding day dreams come true.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial consultation to final sale.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including alterations and personalization options.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive cash wrap experience for our customers.
- Support visual merchandising and sales promotions, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
