To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, with a valid LPN license and current BLS/CPR certification. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Highlights:

  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Salary and Benefits:
