About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in construction management
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred

Salary Range:

$60.00 - $75.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
