Senior Specialist for Sales Operations and Enablement

Job Description
This Sales Enablement Technology Sr. Specialist role supports the optimization and utilization of sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). Working closely with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology teams, the successful candidate will resolve issues, manage project work, enhancement requests, and CRM data and field health for EBS. The team is also responsible for RFP qualification and initial data setup within the CRM tool.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include serving as the primary contact for development, modification, distribution, and storage of sales enablement reports; performing data quality audits to ensure accuracy of field usage and output; executing internal reporting requests from EBS leaders and teams; maintaining data integrity within the CRM tool; communicating with internal stakeholders and external channel partners; onboarding new hires; training existing associates on EBS's instance of sales enablement tools; and developing standard onboarding and training materials.
Requirements
Candidates must have knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies, a successful track record of supporting client and channel partner relationships, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to handle cyclical work volumes with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a group benefits role, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, working knowledge of Salesforce, project management experience, and familiarity with sales enablement processes and technology.
