As a key member of our Talent Center of Excellence (Talent COE), you'll work behind the scenes to create a progressive culture of value, respect, reward, and professional advancement. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting training programs for various audiences, onboarding classes for systems, processes, and tools, and ongoing support for new program rollouts or facilitation efforts.

In this role, you'll collaborate with clients across the Talent COE, HR Business Partners, administrative assistants, and senior leaders to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in fostering strong relationships and driving results.

About the Role:

  • Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated client service orientation, interpersonal skills, and follow-up skills
