Job Overview

Autodesk's Entertainment & Media Solutions Organization (EMS) is seeking a Client Engagement Manager for our Flow Capture product. This role serves as a vital liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met with expertise and professionalism.

Position Responsibilities

- Assist clients in maximizing their use of Flow Capture.
- Provide strategic advice on project organization and administration.
- Leverage knowledge of production cycles to enhance client communication regarding technology and workflows.
- Oversee client campaigns and projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Deliver in-person, phone, and email support, including user training, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Prioritize and resolve urgent client issues effectively.
- Track and manage unresolved issues until resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the support team to implement changes.
- Gather and relay product feedback based on client interactions to the engineering and product teams.
- Contribute to the creation of help documentation.
- Participate in weekend on-call support as part of a team rotation.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, focusing on client services and relationship building.
- Strong judgment and ability to synthesize contextual information from various sources.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Autodesk Flow Capture (formerly Moxion) and/or PIX.
