Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to resolve customer issues
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Upsell products and services to customers
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
