Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our brand partners and vendors. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for organizing brand submissions and samples, assisting with scheduling and coordinating brand meetings, and ensuring SKU accuracy.

You will also be responsible for initiating promotional offers, executing marketing sign requests, and maintaining accurate digital assets and product samples. Additionally, you will support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and executing exit strategies.

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk tickets with proactive solutions. You will provide general administrative support for brand contacts and vendor meetings as necessary.
