This position involves providing administrative assistance, which includes preparing documents using various software tools, serving as the primary contact for clients and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event lifecycle (pre-event, event, post-event).

These coordinators are instrumental in ensuring seamless operations throughout the hotel.

Regardless of your role, certain factors are vital for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that your professional appearance and communication are exemplary.

It is essential to develop and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, support the team in achieving common objectives, and attentively address the concerns of fellow employees.

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Responsibilities also include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Additional reasonable job duties may be assigned by supervisors.
