About the Role

Hellas Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Pacific Northwest region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and construction industry experience, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in sports construction
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including target achievement and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus an aggressive commission structure that offers unlimited earning potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, life coverage, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan. You will also receive a company vehicle and gas card, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
