Position Overview
At the core of our mission at Park City Mountain is exceptional service, and our Product Sales Team Leaders play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about resort offerings, policies, and operations, collaborating with various departments as needed
  • Oversee daily product sales operations, including opening and closing tasks, scheduling, and sales oversight
  • Assist in the recruitment, support, and training of product sales team members
  • Evaluate and document team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition
  • Address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or ticket sales
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

The expected pay range for this position is competitive. Individual compensation is determined based on various factors.
