Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production of goods and services, accurate production volume, and production at the appropriate cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production process by monitoring and adjusting production schedules as needed.
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality production of goods and services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
