Continuous Improvement Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Wabash. This role will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities across all functions throughout the enterprise, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement events, and providing support for all activities related to continuous improvement efforts.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean principles and experience in facilitating implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. They will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean certification (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The salary range is based on industry standards and national averages for similar positions in the United States.
