Commercial Refrigeration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic crew, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems in various settings.
Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including air conditioning and ventilation units.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair issues with commercial refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting complex problems to provide the best possible solution.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all technical questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and consistently maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest commercial refrigeration trends and technologies, participating in regular training and professional development opportunities as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial refrigeration technician in the construction industry or a related field.
- Broad knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex commercial refrigeration issues and providing effective solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way.
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and their operation.
- Excellent repair skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
