About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Specialist - Behavior Intervention Expert to join our team at Flywheel Centers in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to help individuals with autism achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individualized needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize outcomes
• Providing ongoing support and coaching to clients and their families, empowering them to navigate the complexities of autism and behavioral interventions
• Maintaining accurate records and data collection to inform continuous quality improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid BCBA certification
• Extensive experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Proven leadership abilities in guiding teams and fostering collaborative environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based behavioral analytic techniques to drive meaningful progress and outcomes

What We Offer
