Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, building and maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and sales research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- Navigate objections and problem-solve to close deals and meet sales targets
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and call goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
