Job Overview:

This role offers unlimited commission potential alongside a competitive base salary. Successful individuals can anticipate earnings exceeding $80,000-90,000 in their first year based on performance.

Base compensation begins at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide detailed information regarding the specific compensation structure during the hiring process.


OBJECTIVE:
This position focuses on generating high-quality leads through direct engagement in door-to-door outreach.

The canvasser is responsible for accurately documenting data related to potential customers and the target market area.

Candidates in this role will qualify for a monthly driving incentive along with mileage reimbursement based on usage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Actively pursue lead generation by conducting door-to-door campaigns within assigned territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.

Independently travel to designated areas while representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity.

Employ the Renewal by Andersen mapping software and business applications to maintain precise records of outreach efforts and data collection.

Maintain a courteous and professional appearance, adhering to uniform requirements and local regulations at all times. Participate in company meetings as necessary. Share insights with the Canvassing Program Manager that could enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing initiatives. Master the methodologies, products, and current promotional offerings of Renewal by Andersen. Become an expert in Signature Service.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Minimum age of 21 to qualify for company driving insurance.
Reliable transportation for navigating the assigned territory.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-driven.
Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
