The Customer Offers team within Schneider AI Hub is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead our consulting efforts. This role will serve as the primary contact for all aspects of consulting project commercialization, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and effective customer engagement for successful project execution. You will collaborate with lead consultants, business stakeholders, product engineering teams, and executives to oversee a diverse portfolio of consulting projects. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives, aligning with business goals, and optimizing operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and refine project processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance consistency and efficiency across all initiatives.
  • Manage project portfolio oversight, including prioritization, resource distribution, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project governance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to elevate project delivery and quality standards.
  • Provide timely and precise updates on project statuses.
  • Monitor and ensure the realization of project value.
  • Oversee project financials in partnership with finance controllers across various divisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. A Master's degree in a technical field or Business Administration is advantageous.
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in project management within software or IT sectors.
  • Prior experience in the commercialization of consulting services.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile and/or SaFe methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business processes.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled at quickly applying insights from previous experiences to new challenges.
