Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring orthopedic treatment. This includes assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • BLS certification prior to orientation completion
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is also desirable.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
