Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Job Description
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions. As an RN inpatient Nurse, you will assess patient health problems, develop care plans, and maintain accurate records. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and specialized care to patients in need.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or hold a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required. BLS certification is also essential before orientation completion. ACLS certification must be obtained within the specified timeframe.
