Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team in Enola, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient orthopedic setting. Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient condition, and record vital signs and medical history.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient communication.
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- BLS certification required before orientation completion.
- AHA ACLS certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
