Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for processing new and refill requests, filling and putting away orders, answering the phone, restocking supplies, placing wholesale orders, covering the pickup/drop off windows, and making bedside deliveries throughout various buildings using iPads for patient signatures.

Responsibilities:
  • Process new and refill requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Fulfill and put away orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Place wholesale orders and manage inventory
  • Cover the pickup/drop off windows and ensure smooth customer service
  • Make bedside deliveries using iPads for patient signatures
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or outpatient setting
  • PTCB Certification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
