Job Summary

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse & Production Associate. This position is a critical component of our operations, requiring a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out standard operating procedures involving materials measurement, materials handling, and inventory control, equipment operation, and record keeping necessary to manufacture product batches as instructed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of products and inventory records using Materials Resource Planning tools.
  • Complete production and quality analysis of components and finished products in accordance with the Production Schedule.
  • Manufacture medical devices, including assembly, testing, packaging, and labeling, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Communicate manufacturing problems to Management and assist in identifying variables and offering resolutions.
  • Keep Management informed on the status of assigned production processes.
  • Complete all batch data records completely, according to Quality Systems standards as required.
  • Perform incoming inspection on received items for compliance to specification.
  • Receive items by unloading vehicles, accept deliveries, unpack containers, and verify items received by inspecting condition of items.
  • Clean warehouse and offices according to the House Keeping SOP.
  • Receive customer purchase orders, enter sales orders, print pick lists, pull products to fulfill P.O.'s, pack product, print pack lists and invoices, and enter shipping information into UPS.
Requirements
  • High school graduate is a minimum.
  • A college degree or currently attending college with some related experience would be a plus.
  • Medical Device manufacturing/GMP experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Basic understanding of Spanish is a plus.
  • Above average command of a wide variety of computer software, such as all Microsoft Office applications and basic QuickBooks.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
  • Lift 45 pounds.
