Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate and energetic Special Education Teachers to join our team, working closely with students who require specialized support. Our collaborative approach ensures that each student receives tailored instruction and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver direct and indirect instruction to students with intensive needs in the classroom and community settings.
  • Collaborate with other special educators, paraeducators, and related service providers to develop effective educational programs.
  • Facilitate team teaching, program development, training, data analysis, and mentoring to support student growth and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within Special Education, managing adults, or educational programs.
  • Current Teaching Certification or ability to obtain certification within 1 year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with low-incidence disabilities.
  • BCBA or similar background/certifications.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
