Lead Assembler 2nd Shift Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing assembly operations, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee assembly operations on the 2nd shift
  • Accurately read and interpret tape measures and blueprints
  • Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Utilize computer skills for communication and Excel tasks
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Proficiency with tape measure reading and basic computer skills, including email and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
