Korean Bilingual Validation Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Conduct validation for telematics and infotainment products using test benches and vehicles.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the R&D team across various regions, including Korea.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Maintain effective relationships with international counterparts to facilitate information sharing and issue resolution.
  • Support the production part approval process testing as required (PPAP).
  • Utilize tracking systems to report and monitor product defects.
  • Create and maintain test cases according to product specifications.
  • Analyze test outcomes to ensure products meet established specifications.
  • Execute sanity, full test cases, and regression/confirmation testing for designated sections.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with infotainment and telematics systems, vehicle networking (CAN/Ethernet), and wireless technologies (3G/4G, VoLTE).
  • Aptitude for identifying and addressing both technical and organizational challenges.
  • Understanding of test bench and vehicle setup.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and analyze test results.
  • Strong dedication to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of how to formulate test cases with the appropriate structure.
  • Experience interfacing with bug tracking systems.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Understanding of the vehicle development process.
