What You'll Do:
  • Determine needs, develop, and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying required project team members, and communicating next steps.
  • Gather and validate preliminary information, perform facility walkthroughs, and review construction plans.
  • Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing, and selling strategy, as well as integration of equipment, controls, and services.
  • Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system application alternatives.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor of Science or 4-8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in executive selling.
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $93,500 to $218,500. Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
