About the Job

Spectrum seeks a dedicated Field Technician to join our team, responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences and technical support. This role involves working independently, traveling to various locations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service, educating customers on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment.
  2. Install, repair, and maintain services for residential customers, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities, utilizing company software and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educational background: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in problem-solving, computer applications, and software use.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, time management, organization, and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical abilities: Ability to perform tasks that require walking, lifting, climbing, and operating company vehicles.
Compensation and Advantages
