Night Desk Attendant

**Job Summary**
Wpmllc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Desk Attendant to join our team at Abundant Life Towers I. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and visitors, ensuring the security and comfort of our community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Control and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests
• Greet and interact with residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor and log building activities, ensuring the safety and security of our community
• Ensure all guests sign in and out of the property, maintaining accurate records
• Report any incidents or concerns to management, taking prompt action to resolve issues
• Provide assistance to residents, answering phone calls and taking messages when the leasing center is closed
• Document all events and incidents during your shift, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Flexible schedule, with primary work hours from 12:30am to 8:30am, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
