Job Summary

MAGNUM STAFFING is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Generalist HR Professional, you will be responsible for performing various activities in human resources, including recruiting new hires, retaining existing employees, payroll processing, benefits administration, policy implementation, onboarding, employee relations, and more.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, conflict management, workplace injuries, terminations, and bilingual skills (Spanish). Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Paylocity, and MS Excel is also required. A Bachelor's degree in business or Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience is necessary. SHRM-CP certification and Paylocity experience are a plus.
