Recruitment Consultant

PrideStaff is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients and job seekers, using your exceptional sales and recruiting skills to achieve successful placements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Source, screen, and present top talent to clients, utilizing your expertise to identify the best possible matches.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
- Utilize Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system, to track candidate information, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze candidate qualifications and job requirements to determine best fit, applying your knowledge of the market to make informed decisions.
- Provide excellent client service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns, and delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, ensure seamless transitions, and drive business growth.
- Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Strategic-Partner, contributing to the team's success and growth.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; HS Diploma or GED required for all employees.
- High level of computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email software, with experience in Recruiting for light industrial and clerical positions highly preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently in writing and verbally, with ability to speak and read/write Spanish a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals, as well as job descriptions and matching requirements in candidate resumes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make decisions of sound judgment according to company policy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with problems involving clients or employees.
**Estimated Salary:** $21 per hour + DOE (Dependent on Experience)
