About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Campus Recruitment Expert to join our team at NavitsPartners in Milwaukee or Houston. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a minimum of 3 days per week working from the office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in managing campus recruitment events and developing strategic relationships with students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and alumni to promote NavitsPartners' student and development programs.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for student programs, utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools.
  • Provide regular updates on process steps, candidate pipeline, and market intelligence to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, High School Diploma or GED, and 5+ years of relevant Recruitment work experience.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The successful candidate will be able to travel 50% of the time, on average, based on the academic calendar year.
