Customer Support Analyst Position Description

At PSR Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2 support for medium to high difficulty technical issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
  • Install, configure, and provide user support for audio-visual equipment, including projection systems, LCD TV systems, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Assist the Workstation Support Supervisor with troubleshooting computer systems and related software, and provide technical assistance and routine maintenance of specialized software applications.
  • Provide support for other IT-related hardware devices, such as networked printers and USB-attached peripherals.
  • Participate in and coordinate projects, share information, and receive feedback from other client staff as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including operating systems, Office suite, and Outlook in a networked environment.
  • Knowledge of computer software, hardware, and firmware relative to personal computer, local area network/wide area network environments.
  • Skilled at installing and providing technical support for audio-visual equipment in a professional environment.
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on various manufacturers of computers, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with iPhone and Android smartphones.
  • Knowledge of computer training facilities and the ability to maintain them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
