Therapist for Developmental Needs

We are seeking a skilled Therapist for Developmental Needs to join our team at Go Behavioral, LLC.
About the Role:
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans to support clients' goals.
- Work one-on-one with clients to build essential life, communication, and social skills.
- Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
- Use positive reinforcement and other evidence-based techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities:
The Therapist for Developmental Needs will work under the supervision of a BCBA or Clinical Supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and use evidence-based techniques to support clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient, professional, and punctual attitude.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental needs is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, professional, and punctual.
Salary and Benefits:
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
