Job Overview

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with the potential for additional income based on billable hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Developmental Therapist for infants and toddlers, you will be responsible for providing in-home and remote services to families of children with developmental delays. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing early start evaluations to assess the child's developmental needs
  • Developing individualized service plans to address the child's goals and objectives
  • Providing occupational therapy services to help children reach their full potential
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and submitting reports as required
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • A California OT License
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children birth-3 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
