Job Overview

Position: AR Coordinator

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Salary: $60,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing customer credit applications, establishing payment terms, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records.
  • Handle incoming payments to customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and authorize deductions.
  • Oversee and collect accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the credit manager to manage account placements with collection agencies.
  • Direct and respond to phone inquiries.
  • Manage Cash Entry duties, including AR cash balancing and daily reporting for all assigned business units.
  • Maintain comprehensive A/R documentation, including invoices, credit memos, cash receipts, reports, and bank statements.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
  • Software Proficiency: Acumatica & Sage.
